Nicola has over 25 years’ of recruitment experience. Prior to setting up Nicola Gardiner Executive Search in 2013, Nicola worked for global recruitment leaders including Odgers in London. She worked with SMEs and blue chip companies across technology, science and media sectors. Since 2013 Nicola has worked closely with founders, Boards and investors to build and strengthen their senior teams, combining a personal touch with the utmost professionalism.
